On average, the hot tubs we sell use 15–30% less electricity than industry-standard models from five years ago.

We've been systematically reducing the environmental impact of our packaging since 2022:

• All cardboard and paper packaging is 100% recyclable and sourced from FSC-certified suppliers
• Bubble wrap and foam inserts have been replaced with recycled paper padding on all small orders
• We've eliminated single-use plastic bags from our warehouse operations
• Large item packaging is designed for curbside recyclability

The most sustainable hot tub is the one you already own. We're strong advocates for repair over replacement:

• We stock a comprehensive range of replacement parts to extend equipment lifespan
• Our technicians are trained to diagnose and repair before recommending replacement
• We offer a parts-first service assessment on every service call
• We accept used equipment for responsible disposal or refurbishment where possible

Hot tubs use water, but they don't have to waste it. We promote responsible water use through:

• Educating customers on proper water chemistry to extend drain cycles from 3 months to 6+ months
• Stocking high-efficiency filtration systems that reduce the need for full drain-and-refills
• Recommending spa covers to minimize evaporation — our covers reduce water loss by up to 95%
• Providing water care guides that minimize chemical use and waste

We've been working to reduce emissions and waste in our own operations:

• Optimized delivery routing to reduce fuel consumption across service vehicles
• Transitioned our Edmonton warehouse to LED lighting in 2023 (60% energy reduction)
