What Every Installation Includes

Delivery & Positioning

• Crane or roller delivery to your chosen location
• Site assessment for load-bearing capacity and access
• Precise leveling on existing pad, deck, or gravel base
• Removal of all packaging and delivery materials

Electrical Setup

• Connection to 240V, 50-amp GFCI-protected dedicated circuit
• All wiring inspected and tested to code
• GFCI breaker installation in sub-panel (Full & Premium packages)
• Safety disconnect box installation within line of sight of spa

Startup & Commissioning

• Initial fill and water chemistry balance
• All jets, pumps, blower, heater, and lighting tested
• Control system programmed to your preferences
• Any shipping or transit issues identified and documented

Owner Orientation

• How to operate all features and controls
• Water care and maintenance schedule walkthrough
• Winterization and seasonal care overview
• Warranty registration assistance
