Orders placed before 12:00pm EST normally ship the same business day for items in stock at our facility. Most orders ship within 48 hours on business days (Monday through Friday).
Some items ship supplier-direct from warehouses in Ontario, Alberta, and BC. If an item is not in stock, we will contact you to substitute or cancel for a full refund.
Once packaged, a tracking number is emailed to you. Carriers may take up to 48 hours to update tracking online. We use Canada Post and FedEx.

Free standard shipping on most orders when pre-tax subtotal is $150 or more.Newfoundland, Nunavut, Yukon, and the Northwest Territories do not qualify; customer service may quote freight.
Most orders ship at a flat $14.99 rate when your pre-tax subtotal is under $150. Pumps, spa paks, and similar bulky items ship at $30.00. Hot tub covers ship at $40.00 flat freight and do not qualify for free shipping.
